李明穎(Li Ming-Ying) and 林育宏(Lin Yu-Hong), took on the roles of Director and Vice Director of the 18th Departmental Student Association of the Department of Educational Administration and Management at National Taipei University of Education.

Outstanding Creative and Costume Design Award at the Opening Ceremony of the 126th Anniversary Celebration of National Taipei University of Education in the year 2021.

Fourth place in the Fun Competition at the 126th Anniversary Celebration of National Taipei University of Education in the year 2021.

Benefit score of 4.03 for the Freshman Orientation of the Bachelor's Program in the year 2021, and approximately 90% of students utilizing the digital learning portfolio system.

Freshmant Orientation consisted of four events:

1. The first event featured a lecture by graduate alumnus Lu Shao-Hong on October 29th, 2021, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The lecture's theme was "Sharing of Public Service Experience and Analysis of National Education Administration Exams, along with Preparation Strategies."

2. The second event incorporated tabletop games from Wei Yu-Zhen's "Simulated University Life Board Game Experience" on November 19th, 2021, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Led by 10 teaching assistants from our department, this activity aimed to help fellow students understand university life content and time management.

3. The third event featured a lecture by graduate alumna Ding Zhao-Tong on November 26th, 2021, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The lecture focused on "My Journeys and How I Successfully Applied for NCCU MBA."

4. The fourth event consisted of a lecture by graduate alumna Lin Mei-Xuan on December 16th, 2021, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The lecture revolved around "My Encounters in the Human Resources."
