Thesis writing planning schedule【2 year version】
  1. The thesis plan will be presented between October and November of the current year [it's the best to send out questionnaires/conduct interviewers/collect data within a month after the oral defense], and the final oral defense will take place in May of the following year.
  2. A collective discussion will be held at the end of June of the current year to establish the thesis direction; during summer vacation and the semester, physical or online meetings will be held every 2-3 weeks to confirm the thesis direction and content.

The basic format of the thesis【Of course, the requirements may vary depending on the instructor】:
  1. The first three chapters & references should total approximately 40 pages (the first chapter is especially important) before the plan presentation.
  2. The final thesis should have at least 80 pages, including chapters 1 to 5 & references.
  3. The entire text should be written using APA 7th edition format, and you can refer to the following sources (1) & (2) for formatting: (1) Chang, F. C. (2021).
